Ayurtox's proprietary formulation contains 421 phytonutrients that exert 611 synergistic activities on your body. Many of these phytonutrients are widely recognized for their contribution to Liver, Kidney, and Colon Health.

For example:

  • Arginine - Regulates kidney function (Lortie, Novotny,Peterson, et al., “Agmatine, a Bioactive Metabolite of Arginine. Production, Degradation, and Functional Effects in the Kidney of the Rat”. , J Clin Invest. 15; 97(2): 413–420. doi: 10.1172/JCI118430, 1996; Reyes, Karl, Klahr, “Role of Arginine in Health and in Renal Disease”, Am J Physiol., 267(3 Pt 2):F331–F346, 1994; Kierszenbaum, Wirth, McCann, Sjoerdsma, “Arginine Decarboxylase Inhibitors Reduce the Capacity of Try panosoma Cruzi to Infect and Multiply in Mammalian Host Cells”, Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 84(12): 4278–4282,1987; Granger, Hibbs, Perfect, and Durack, “Metabolic Fate of L-Arginine in Relation to Microbiostatic Capability of Murine Macrophages”, J Clin Invest.; 85(1): 264–273, 1990).

  • Curcumin - Supports healthy digestion and detoxification enzymes while protecting cells from oxidative stress as a result of toxin exposure (Bhatia, Singh and Khanna, “Effect of Curcumin, its Alkali Alts and Curcuma Longa Oil in Histamine-Induced Gastric Ulceration”, Indian J. Exp. Biol. Vol. 2, No. 3, p. 158-160,1964; Dinkova- Kostova and Talalay, “Relation of Structure of Curcumin Analogs to their Potencies as Inducers of Phase 2 Detoxification Enzymes”, Department of Pharmacology and Molecular Sciences, The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, USA, 1999; Scapagnini, Colombrita, Amadio, “Curcumin Activates Defensive Genes and Protects Neurons Against Oxidative Stress”, 8(3-4): 395-403, 2006).

  • Gallic-Acid - Protects liver from toxin damage (Anand, Singh, Saxena, “3, 4, 5- Trihydroxy Benzoic Acid (Gallic Acid), the Hepatoprotective Principle in the Fruits of Terminalia Belerica - Bioassay Guided Activity”, Division of Pharmacology, Regional Research Laboratory, Jammu-Tawi, India, Division of Natural Products Chemistry, Regional Research Laboratory, Jammu-Tawi, India, 2002; Rasool, Sabina, Ramya, “Hepatoprotective and Antioxidant Effects of Gallic Acid in Paracetamol-Induced Liver Damage in Mice”, Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, 62: 638–643. doi: 10.1211/jpp.62.05.0012,2010; Shah, Doshi, Shah, Bhatt, “Estimation of Biomarkers Berberine and Gallic Acid in Polyherbal Formulation Punarnavashtak Kwath and its Clinical Study for Hepatoprotective Potential”, International Journal of Green Pharmacy, 296-301, 2010).

Lifestyle Recommendations

You can cleanse your body and optimize your long-term health by:

1) Taking Ayurtox - Ayurtox releases hundreds of phytonutrients that act at the molecular level to remove metabolic waste and toxins from your body.

2) Limiting Harmful Foods - Avoid processed and canned foods, dairy products (especially cheese), and junk foods which are full of toxins, low in nutritional value, and lack dietary fiber.

3) Eating Healthy Foods - Consume plenty of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.  Regularly eat home-cooked meals (without MSG or artificial sweeteners).  Raw and slightly steamed vegetables are best for vitamins and nutrients.  Dried beans and other dried items are better for cooking than canned foods.

4) Drinking Purified Water - Use a reputable water filtration system to ensure the cleanest possible water is available for your household.  Water coming from public water supplies will at the least contain contaminants from old piping and usually has bacteria.

5) Increasing Fluid Intake - Purified water and freshly squeezed juices help flush toxins from your body.  If possible, consume only broths, pureed vegetables, water, and juices to treat your body to a liquid diet and reduce burden to your digestive system one day a week.

6) Drinking Herbal Teas - Teas made from Fenugreek, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Spearmint help promote urination and bowel movement and remove mucus along with trapped viruses and bacteria from the body.

7) Treating Constipation - Take natural laxatives like Psyllium to ensure regular bowel movements which help prevent toxins from building up in the digestive tract.

8) Undertaking Spa Therapy - Steam bath, sauna, and massage help loosen toxins and remove them from your body.

9) Seeking Relaxation - Strive to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night and find quiet time for at least 5 minutes of meditation daily.  Allowing your body to recuperate and keeping your mind at ease helps balance your nervous system and minimize harmful hormones produced by stressful living.

10) Reducing Exposure to Toxins - Avoid using artificial air fresheners, switch to natural brands of toiletries (cosmetics, soaps, shampoos, toothpaste), and use natural cleaning products.
